Valérie-Laure Benabou

Valérie Laure Benabou is an associate professor of law: she teaches at the University of Paris-Saclay/UVS, where she has directed a master's degree in intellectual property law and digital business since 2002. 

Val Rie Laure BenabouShe is a regular contributor to public discussion bodies, particularly in the copyright sector, at the CSPLA, where she is now an honorary member after having been a qualified person for eighteen years. Since 1998, she has been involved in work relating to the development of information technologies (Falque-Pierrotin Commission on the Internet and digital networks at the Conseil d'Etat, Commission Droit et Libertés à l'âge du numérique at the Assemblée nationale, expert at the CSA on the application of the law against the manipulation of information, member of the Lab at the Centre National de la Musique, etc.). She is also a consultant at Vercken & Gaullier. The author of numerous publications in France and abroad, she is involved in European and international discussions on the regulation of digital technology and artificial intelligence.
