Aurélie Champagne is Deputy Director for European and legal affairs at the National Center for Cinema (CNC).
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris with a Master's degree in European Affairs (2012), Aurélie Champagne began her career as a public affairs lobbyist at Euralia, a Brussels-based consultancy. Between 2015 and 2021, she was in charge of legal and European affairs at the French Ministry of Culture, covering inter alia digital affairs and state aid legislation. She then joined France's Permanent Representation to the European Union, were she was Culture, Audiovisual & Media and Copyright Advisor ; she was notably responsible for preparing and leading the French Presidency of the Council of the EU (PFUE) in these fields. Since October 2022, she is deputy director for European and legal affairs at the National Center for Cinema (CNC).
