Andrea ran the Paramount Archives and served as Head of Preservation at the British Film Institute, Digital Studio Director for Discovery Communications, Archivist for Dreamworks SKG, and is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. She leads a team of experts at Iron Mountain Media and Archival Services who provide an enormous range of archival services to entertainment companies, universities, corporations and individuals. Her combined interests in the history of film and the history of technology mean she’s always interested in how something new — like AI — impacts something old — like archives.

Before taking the helm at YouTube France in 2017, then Southern Europe in 2024, Justine Ryst led Twitter’s development in France, supporting organizations and public figures in the worlds of media, politics, sports, music, and entertainment in their use of the platform. Before joining Twitter in 2013, Justine was Director of Digital and Diversification at Endemol-Shine France. Her role consisted of developing digital versions of TV formats as well as original productions for new media. She began her professional career at Netsize, a subsidiary of the Gemalto group. Justine graduated from NEOMA Business School and the University of Belgrano, Buenos Aires.

After serving as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Minister of National Education and Youth, then Chief of Staff to the Minister of Culture, Gaëtan Bruel has been at the head of the CNC since February 2025. He previously worked to promote French audiovisual media at the French Embassy in the United States, with initiatives between Villa Albertine and Hollywood. Previously an advisor to the Ministry of Defense — where he was responsible for creating the army’s film mission — and then advisor to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs (2017-2019), he coordinated the opening up of economic diplomacy to the creative industries. He has also administered the Pantheon and the Arc de Triomphe.
