IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AUDIOVISUAL MEDIA SERVICES DIRECTIVE (AVMSD)
«The upcoming obligation quota of 30% European works on platforms: the regulatory to the rescue of heritage films?»

In a context where new rules determined by the Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD) of the European Union will require VOD (Video On Demand) services to provide content libraries that are made up of at least 30 percent European-origin programming experts will debate. After assessing a global situtationwill they will discuss how this new regulation might be put into action in order to strengthen the exposure of European creation.
