Philippe Bober

Philippe Bober is a film producer at the Société Parisienne de Production - Coproduction Office. 

Coproduction Office is an international label that produces and sells bold and award-winning films,
founded in 1987 and established in four European countries. The founder, film producer Philippe Bober,
has produced over forty films to date with thirteen in competition in Cannes.
Bober maintains long-lasting and productive relationships with auteurs Roy Andersson, Michelangelo
Frammartino, Jessica Hausner, Ilya Khrzhanovskiy, Ruben Östlund, Carlos Reygadas, Ulrich Seidl
whose films won major awards in Cannes, Venice or Berlin, notably two Golden Palms, TRIANGLE OF
SADNESS (2022) and THE SQUARE (2017) both by Ruben Östlund and the Venice Golden Lion for
Roy Andersson’s A PIGEON SAT ON A BRANCH REFLECTING ON EXISTENCE.

Bober’s further activities include production and distribution of visual art, and restorations and
distribution of milestones in film history, including the masterpieces by Roberto Rossellini, Konrad Wolf
or Marta Meszaros.
