Pascal Kamina
Pascal Kamina is a professor and director of the Master's program in film law at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, specializing in intellectual property and media law, with a doctorate in English law.
He is the author of “Film Copyright in the European Union” (Cambridge University Press, 2nd ed. 2016), “Droit du cinéma” (Lexis, 3rd ed. 2022), “Droit de la communication audiovisuelle” (Litec, 2021), and “Droit anglo-américain des propriétés intellectuelles” (Litec 2017, and T1 “Copyright” 2nd ed 2024, in open access).
He is also a member of the Paris Bar.
