Ariane Fusco-Vigné
Ariane Fusco-Vigné has been a member of the Paris Bar for 20 years, having previously worked as a legal advisor for notorious companies in the audiovisual and film industries.
Specialized in intellectual property law (copyright, performer’s rights, trademark) and labor law, Ariane Fusco-Vigné advises and defends producers, authors, artists, rights holders and cultural institutions.
Ariane Fusco-Vigné also taught copyright law for 5 years at the Master of Cultural Property Law at the Université de droit d'Avignon, civil procedure for 4 years at the Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris (E.F.B.), digital and intellectual property law (trademark and copyright) for 4 years at the IPAG Business School in Paris, and since 2018 has been a lecturer at the Institut d'études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) in the Intellectual Property, Communication and Media Master's program.
Member of the “Association Française pour la Protection Internationale du Droit d'Auteur (AFPIDA)” and the “Institut Art & Droit”, Ariane Fusco-Vigné has been ranked in e-Décideur magazine since 2016 for her renowned practice in audiovisual law, trademark law and the art market.
