PREVENTION OF SGBV AND DISCRIMINATION

The MIFC is actively committed to preventing and combating all forms of violence, harassment, and discrimination in order to ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of everyone participating in the Market. The MIFC strives to provide a respectful, inclusive work environment free from all forms of violence and discrimination.

If you are a victim of or witness to any form of violence, harassment, or discrimination, our team is here to listen to you, take the necessary steps to ensure your safety, and assist you in filing a report.

Our Protocol for Combating Violence, Harassment, and Discrimination is available for download here or in your personal online account. It outlines the various procedures for handling and reporting cases, as well as the measures that may be taken with respect to the person or persons involved.

If you wish to file a report, a dedicated form is also available for download here. It must be sent to production-mifc@festival-lumiere.org so that it can be handled by the designated personnel. The report may, if necessary, be forwarded to the appropriate authorities with the consent of the victim or witness, subject to applicable legal requirements.

The MIFC is committed to handling reports in strict confidence. If the person wishes so, their identity will be disclosed only to those who need to know in order to process the report, unless required by law.
